To Open the document CLICK on the underlined text above.
To view the document INDEX CLICK on the words "GO TO CONTENTS PAGE"  at the TOP of the first page,
this will take you to the Table of Contents Document Index List.

To move through the document - Place the "hand" on an item of interest in the List, when it changes to a
"pointing finger", Left Mouse Click.  This will take you directly to the top of the page the item is on.

To return to the top of the Document Index - Change the 'PAGE NUMBER' at the bottom of the window to 6 and press the Enter key.

To move straight to a particular section of the Scheme - see  the Table of Contents Parts pages, 4 and 5. 
Selecting the "blue underlined" words will take you directly to that section of the Scheme.
